Blueflag Animations is dedicated to care for their customers and ensures their satisfaction. Therefore, we have a policy for unlimited revisions on all our products, which allows you to request for modifications on our initial designs without paying anything extra.

You can demand a refund only if the designs we create for you are not used on any website or published anywhere on the internet.

In case you need a refund from Blueflag Animations, you are eligible to submit a request for refund with the next five days after receiving your initial designs. After five days of initial design submission, both parties assumed that you are satisfied with the services. The refund policy is the same for both individual products and Combo/Special packages. We will require the receipt of your purchase to process your refund.

The following postulates apply for all kinds of refund requests:

  • You are eligible for a full refund (minus processing and service fee of 10%) if you request it before receiving the deliverables.
  • You are eligible for a partial refund of 60% (minus processing and service fee of 10%) if you request it within 48 hours after receiving the deliverables.
  • You are eligible for a partial refund of 30% (minus processing and service fee of 10%) if you request it within 48 – 120 hours after receiving the deliverables.
  • You are not eligible for a refund if you request it after 120 hours after receiving the deliverables.

Blueflag Animations reserves the rights for approval/disapproval of your request depending on the individual case if there is a user agreement violation from the client’s end.

Refunds (if applicable)

You will be entitled to receive a refund after sending us all the products and services that we have delivered to you. Our investigation department will assess and investigate your request before making the final decision. You will receive an email to notify you about the returned deliverables. After the final decision, you will be notified about the rejection or approval of your request. in case the request is approved, the pending credit will automatically be deposited into the client’s credit card or routed via the initial payment method in 20 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you do not receive your refund, first thing to do should be to check with your account another time. It may take some time for processing the deposit, so contact your credit card company to see if it’s under process. After that, you may reach out to your bank to see if it’s taking time to show in your account. If you don’t receive your refund after checking on all these, you can reach out to us for help at

Refund policy only applies to regular priced packages and products. Unfortunately, special offers, discounts, and urgent orders are not entitled to be refunded.
