Blueflag Animations, herein referred to as BFA, provides various Internet services as detailed below:
By joining BFA, and upon receipt of its services, all of its customers agree to the Terms of Use and Terms as set forth below. The terms of use and the regulations are intended to ensure proper and acceptable use of the services provided by the BFA partnership to all its customers. Abuse of server resources

Misuse of system resources

The customer accounts as well as the RESELLERS accounts that are responsible for their customers’ accounts, are committed to complying with the terms and conditions of use. Failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms of Use and / or the Terms and Conditions will result in the closure of the Client’s account and all accompanying accounts. BFA reserves the right to remove customer accounts from its systems without notice or prior notice, if the Company has reason to believe that clauses in this agreement have not been fully implemented and all at its sole discretion.
All partners of BFA, who use its servers for the development and / or operation of network applications, and are aware that they can damage or disable the server systems and / or the servers, violate the terms of this agreement, and risk closing their accounts.
BFA Partnership will not permit services or features that could potentially affect the security, speed and / or stability of its servers.

A site that uses unreasonable system resources, at the sole discretion of a BFA partnership, such as CPU time, memory usage, network resources, will be suspended immediately for damaging the server and compromising the proper operation of other clients on the server, without any notice or Notice. Data Transfer

Under a shared server, the client will not be allocated more than 64MB of memory and / or 5% CPU from the server resources. Deviation from the volume of traffic allocated to the account will result in a payment including VAT, for each 100GB of excess traffic. The charge will be made once a month, at the end of each calendar month, depending on the data traffic for that calendar month.
Securing
The customer declares that he is aware of a case of breach of the existing protection systems on the server farms or on the servers themselves or on BFA partnership computers or on the PCs of the BFA partnership clients are strictly prohibited, and may constitute a criminal offense and result in civil action. PHP / CGI Programs
BFA Partnership allows its customers to use the cgi, php programs, subject to the type of service provided to the customer and the server on which the program will be installed.

Adult Material
The above lines also apply to any activity that is illegal and related to pornography, whether directly or indirectly. Storage Space
Deviation from the storage space allocated to the account will be accompanied by an additional cost according to rates calculated by the BN Partnership and relating to surplus storage.
Deviation from the storage space allocated to the account will result in a payment including VAT, for each 1GB of excess storage. The charge will be made once a month, at the end of each calendar month, depending on the excess storage volume for that calendar month.
Commercial Email Advertisements – SPAM
It is strictly forbidden to send advertisements or in commercial quantities, within the framework of BFA partnership servers, or to use e-mail addresses located under BFA partnership servers. The customer is aware that sending commercial e-mails or e-mails in commercial quantity, via BLD partnership servers to other BLD partnership partners, and / or using e-mail addresses located under the BLD partnership servers is strictly prohibited and even may constitute a criminal offense under any law. A BR partnership is the one that will determine in its sole discretion what is a “commercial quantity”.
Sending mail through an ISP server does not exempt BFA affiliate customers from the above. BFA Partnership limits the amount of mail sent in groups through the site to 50 emails per hour. Sending large mailing lists from the registry using scripts through the server is strictly prohibited! Copyright
BFA Partnership will not allow the use of its servers in a manner that may constitute an infringement or exploitation of copyright / or property rights under the law. Any work anchored in copyright, audio, video, music, or any other copyrighted material, which will be operated on or have any Internet connection to BFA partnership servers.
Illegal content and malware

Editing terms of use
BFA Partnership reserves the right to add or edit and delete clauses of this Agreement without prior notice and without customer notice.
The customer declares that the company’s infrastructure, computers and servers will be used solely for legal purposes. BFA offers web hosting, marketing and development services. It is known to the customer that BFA servers may be used solely according to these provisions and any attempt and / or violation of The UK law, including misuse of servers and / or resources and / or the farm servers and / or any other account on the server farm, constitutes a violation of the law. This is strictly prohibited and also constitutes a violation of this policy, for all that this implies. BFA partnership servers will be used solely for lawful purposes, and for those purposes only.
The Customer agrees that in any case of attempted misuse or abuse of any rights granted to the Customer while operating his account in the BFA Partnership, the Partnership will be severely weighed and will result in the suspension in whole or in part or its permanent closure without prior notice and at the sole discretion of the Partners, Or its employees, without prejudice to the rights under the law of the partnership and the ability of the partnership to exhaust its rights against the infringer, at the sole discretion of the partnership.
Payment policy
A customer account will be opened according to the prepayment in each of the payment channels defined by the BFA partnership.
BFA makes changes in prices for all its services at any time, when the prices will remain unchanged for the same period for which payment is made in advance.
Payment is made every 30 or 365 days depending on the day the account is opened, and will be automatically renewed on the day before the end of the service on which payment was made, unless the customer has notified his request to close an account as described in this agreement.
If the customer paid in advance for a period of one year or more for credit card storage services, and at the end of the period for which the customer chose to pay in advance, or after, the customer did not notify the termination of contract between the parties, the customer services will be transferred by the partnership to be charged using credit card information provided from the customer’s end at the time of the initial call and according to the prices of the BFA partnership price list.
BFA Partnership will issue a tax / receipt invoice against actual payment. Customers agree to receive a computerized invoice that includes a digital signature. A computerized invoice that includes a digital signature, to the extent it is produced, will be sent to the service tenant as a replacement for a printed invoice on paper.
Cancellation and Refunds
1. Order Cancellation:

BFA Partnership will do everything in its power to provide services on the good side.
BFA Partnership will not be liable for any kind whatsoever, in providing its services to its customers, including the Internet services it provides. Also, a BFA partnership will not bear any damage if / and when caused to the recipient of the service and for any reason. In addition, the BFA partnership will not be liable for damages that will be the customer’s share, resulting from delays in sending information, and / or non-arrival of information, and / or information arrival not towards its destination, and / or internal failure, and / Or customer errors.
BFA does not in any way guarantee the percentage of continuity of service it provides to its customers, or the integrity of the data stored on its servers, server farms or any of its computers.
The customer is solely responsible for backing up the files under his account. BFA Partnership is not responsible in any way, for the deletion of customer files for any reason. In addition, BFA Partnership is not responsible for the disclosure of any confidential material or hacking into client accounts located on its servers and / or systems, nor to the backup servers if activated.
BFA Partnership is not responsible for its customers or third parties resulting from an action that could harm the customer or his customers in any way. In any case, the liability limit of a BFA partnership will be limited to the monthly cost of the service provided only.
BFA is not responsible for the material contained on its servers and will not make any backups.
All arbitrations between the partnership between BFA and the client will be conducted in the court in the UK.
